We are Atlanta's most professional and dependable bartender service; and we have learned how much alcohol you really need at your party or wedding.
"How much alcohol should I buy for my wedding or party?" is our most asked question.
At a party of any kind, costs can skyrocket quickly. We have figured out exactly how to keep the costs down, and more importantly, you will be able to stay within your budget. Especially for individuals who have no idea where to begin, it can be a daunting task.
Here are some things you may wish to consider:
1. How many people?
The number of guests can have a serious impact on your budget.
2. What types of drinks would you like to serve?
Wine and beer? Full Bar? Signature Drinks? We always suggest going with the signature drinks. It can be done for a lot less money than you think.
3. How much Ice do I need?
The amount you think you'll need... triple that. You need your ice to come in stages. If you have it all arrive at once, you may have iceless cocktails and warm beer at the end of the night.
4. How much mixer should I buy?
The general rule is about 2-2liters of mixers for every bottle of alcohol. Of course this may change with the type of drinks you are serving.
So how can I get this information and make it really easy?
You can get our alcohol buying tool by:
1. Hire one of our bartenders. It comes free as part of every bartender package.
2. Buy it separately. If you decide to hire our bartenders in the future, we will apply it to the total balance. In the month of September, it's only $6.99 . Yes that's all!
So what exactly am I getting?
It will tell you:
The perfect combination of 2 signature drinks, beer, and wine.
The exact amount to purchase of each type of liquor.
How many mixers you need to buy.
It will calculate the amount of each liquor you need to buy.
Provides you a total cost for your purchase.
Can I add specialty liquors or my favorite to the list?
Of course, we have left a section open for that reason.
What if my guest list changes?
Just go back and change the number of guests and it will automatically adjust for you.
